Welcome to the 2023-2024 Season at Kirova Dance Academy! Registration is open and we are excited to bring you a careful selection of dance classes designed with your child’s growth in mind.

We start teaching children as soon as they are able to comfortably learn from the instructor without a parent present, often around 3 years old. At that age our goal is to foster a love for movement and rhythm.

At 5 years old, students are able to explore all of the diverse dance styles that we offer and find where their passion for dance might lie. From the age of 7, we offer two distinct dance tracks: the Recreational Stream and the Competitive Stream. The Recreational Stream lets kids explore their love for dance in a joyful and non-competitive environment. In contrast, the Competitive Stream provides aspiring dancers an opportunity to showcase their talent, work as part of a team, and experience the thrill of dance competitions.

For those who are passionate about ballet or ballroom dance, we offer the Dedicated Ballet Stream and the Dedicated Ballroom Dancesport Stream. These specialized pre-professional programs provide a more intensive and focused training route, allowing our dancers to delve deeper into their chosen dance form and develop their skills to a high level of proficiency.
